Acceptance
By accessing or using our website, portal, CRM, or connected services, you agree to these terms. If you use the CRM for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Authorized use
Customers may use the portal to review their own project information, communicate with Signature Construction Inc., and respond to estimates, invoices, selections, or change orders. Company personnel may use the CRM only for authorized business purposes.
- Keep sign-in links and account access secure.
- Provide accurate information and promptly report unauthorized access.
- Do not attempt to access another person’s project, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code, or use the service unlawfully.
Project documents and approvals
Portal information supports project communication and recordkeeping. A construction contract, accepted estimate, signed change order, payment schedule, warranty, or other document may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project document governs the specific project matter.
Electronic approvals and acknowledgements may be treated as binding to the extent permitted by law. Contact us promptly if a document appears incorrect.
QuickBooks Online
The CRM may connect to QuickBooks Online to exchange authorized customer, estimate, invoice, payment-status, and accounting information. QuickBooks is a third-party service provided by Intuit and is also governed by Intuit’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control Intuit’s availability or services.
The CRM is a project-management tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, lending, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing records and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Ownership and licence
Signature Construction Inc. and its licensors retain ownership of the website, CRM, branding, content, software, and related intellectual property. We grant authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Project photographs and documents remain subject to the applicable project agreement and law.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify the service. We aim to keep information accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Important project or payment questions should also be confirmed directly with Signature Construction Inc.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when a project ends, employment or authorization ends, these terms are breached, or access presents a legal or security risk. Authorized administrators may request disconnection of integrated services.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Signature Construction Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use or unavailability of the digital service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, and these terms do not replace obligations in a signed construction agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
